What file types are accepted?

We accept file types PNG and SVG for transparency backgrounds and Jpeg can be used on white shirts. Additional you can load photos from your Facebook or Instagram

Why do the ink colors not look exactly the same as what I see on my computer screen?

All computer screen are adjusted slightly different, what you see on your screen is not 100% what we see. Also a LED or LCD screen will have a different color output than printing on a textile garment. Our ink colors are labeled to help you determine the color of them. When uploading your own photo, our out may not be exactly the same but it will be within 5%shade.

How do I design online?

Use our great design tool, after you select a product and choose a color, you can than go and customize it. From their you can add text, add clipart, add templates or upload your own design. Once finished you can than go and to checkout to complete your order.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering we will double check your design and make sure it is of good quality, if their is any issueswith file size or clarity we will contact you. If everything is good, we will than get artwork prepped and ready for printing on your desired apparel. Once completed everything will be packaged up and shipped your way.

Do I receive an invoice for my order

Once your order is placed you will receive a email of confirmation of your order. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this because we do check orders placed, and please check your spam folder. If you do not receive an email in that time please contact us to make sure that your order went through and their is not a problem.

How many do I need to order?

Just one, that’s correct you only need to order one, their is no minimum. If you only need a shirt for your awesome self that is fine. Don’t forget though the more you order the more you save.

Which Payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Our payment online is set up through Paypal or you may pay with the major credits of Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express..

How secure is shopping online, will my data be safe?

Yes all data is protected with our secure severs. We do not release any of your information to 3rd party businesses.

How long will delivery take?

Once an order is placed standard turnaround time is 2 weeks, if you need it sooner than that you may contact us for upgrade delivery options .

How is price determined?

Your all inclusive price is primarily determined by three factors:
1. The product you select.
2. The total number of ink colors in your design.
3. The total quantity of the design.
(Any orders under 6 pieces will not be affected about amount of colors in the design, since these are automatically printed with DTG.)

Can I get a sample of my shirt before all of them are printed?

If you would like a sample of your order, this can be arranged on any orders over 300pieces or $3,000, you will need to make a note of this and we will send you a sample before the complete job is printed. This sample will be exactly the same as the large order.

What is DTG?

Direct to Garment printed also know as DTG, is a process of print full color design on apparel. This process uses a Digital Printer that uses water based inks, which give it a soft feel compared to screen printing. Since this process uses a Digital Printer we are able print No Minimums and from 1 color to unlimited colors.
